THE GOAL

With the rise of Covid, telehealth rapidly sought out. NuLeaf wants to help facilitate the process of finding a match who specializes in the correct fields. My goal was to create an interface that simplifies the process of finding a therapist.

FINDINGS

I started with competitive analysis, then conducted a user survey and 5 individual interviews. Out of that, 20 participants expressed pain that they found the process of finding a match who specializes in their condition to be both high in cost and high in difficulty.
